Please note, locations listed are cheese factories. Some ingredients in the cheese may not be local. For example, some goat cheese makers import curd to be able to meet demand. Milk used for non-farmstead cheese may be collected from a large area though some, like Vella, Bravo, and Cowgirl Creamery use only one local dairy for their milk supply. Also, we buy some of these cheeses through distributors, so distance to cheese company may not reflect actual miles traveled. Cheeses listed are ones that we often carry.

*Farmstead Cheese. Farmstead means that the cheese is made on the farm, using only the milk from their herds.
